I just found out that local auto dealer legend (through and through car guy as well) Ron Tonkin passed way at 82 years old. I'd say Ron is the man who helped bring beautiful cars to the Northwest, and his personal life was extraordinary as well.
I hope plenty of folks show up for the Cars&Coffee meet tomorrow morning.

Having just taken a visit to Ron Tonkin GT, it seems sad that he passed. RIP. He also owned an awesome 599 GTO.

This C&C is more Eurpean cars and is mostly Porsches, BMWs, Audis and Ferraris. The Cascade (airport) one is more JDM.

Ok good to know. The Sequoia one is the one I've been planning on going to. but good to know the start time and I'm more into the European cars. Hopefully I'll see you there in a few months.

I'm always there! Most people have only heard of the Cascade one since it's bigger and more publicized. Also, the Jalopnik/Oppo PNW meetup will be there. Audiforlife and I have yet to plan it though.

It was a pretty turnout today. The blue 240z, 991 and the Noble M12 I really liked. Also, Corvette salad shooter wheels look good on E36 BMWs.
